New arrivals: Ralph and Delilah!
Meet Ralph and Delilah ππ
Delilah is the one with markings on her face and Ralph has the dark face. They have been with us a few months now, and have had a few troubles along the way!
Little Ralph has been dealing with an ear infection. Poor Delilah has got joint ill: swelling and infection of her joints. She has been seen by our vet and has just finished some antibiotic treatment. There has definitely been some improvement so we are hopeful for her.
Fun fact! Ralph and Delilah were rescued by the same kind family that rescued Toby, Olive, Dora and Ivy in 2021 and are from the same farm. We can see some similarities in their faces and it will be interesting to see if this carries on as they grow.
They are still quite shy and cautious so are only slowly getting to know the rest of the flock. A couple of the other sheep arenβt taking too kindly to having new lambs around, so we are keeping a very close eye to make sure that no-one is picking on them. Delilah can always be found behind Ralph and he is so protective of her. They really are best friends.
You can help to cover the cost of our ongoing vet bills by setting up a monthly donation - thank you!
